Pilates Anytime is a non-refundable subscription service. We do not provide refunds for any unused time. We trust our members to monitor their subscriptions and adhere to the Terms of Use agreed upon during registration.
The Pilates Anytime Customer Support team (support@pilatesanytime.com) is always available to assist you in managing your account, including canceling it if you need help with the process. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you may cancel it at any time.
If you turn off auto-renew or cancel your subscription before the next renewal date, you won't incur any future charges, and the subscription won’t renew. You will have access to the subscription until the billing period ends. No refunds are provided for partial-term cancellations.
If your subscription is managed by Apple, Google Play Store, or Roku and you wish to request a refund, you will need to reach out to them directly via their respective support channels, as Pilates Anytime does not have access to your billing or payment information for user privacy reasons.
