Pilates Anytime is a subscription service for online Pilates classes. Subscriptions are non-refundable, and we do not issue refunds or credits for unused time or partial subscription periods. Members are responsible for managing their subscription settings and adhering to our Terms of Use.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you require assistance with your account or the cancellation process, our Customer Support team is available to help at support@pilatesanytime.com.
When you cancel or disable automatic renewal prior to your next billing date, you will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles. You will retain full access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period.
If your subscription was purchased through a third-party platform—such as Apple, Google Play, or Roku—you must manage or request refunds for your subscription directly through that provider's support channels. For user privacy and security reasons, Pilates Anytime does not store or have access to billing information managed by third parties.
