A Pilates Anytime Challenge is a curated online Pilates class series structured to help you build and maintain a consistent daily workout routine. When you sign up for a challenge, a new guided Pilates workout unlocks each day according to your preferred schedule.
For full control over your challenge configuration, log in through a desktop or mobile app. Settings can be managed on either the website or the apps. Platforms automatically sync.
How to Join and Manage a Pilates Challenge via iOS (Apple) and Android Mobile Apps
To browse challenges in the mobile app, tap Programs along the bottom navigation bar and toggle the filter button to Show Only Challenges.
Click on the Challenge you would like to join, and click Join Now.
Select Your Start Date, the days of the week you'd like to practice, and click Join Challenge.
Your Challenge practices will be sent to your inbox on the days you have selected.
How to Make Changes to Your Challenge Settings in the Apple or Android App
In the mobile app, go to the challenge and then tap the gear icon to adjust your start date. To pause or leave the challenge, follow the prompts located at the bottom of the challenge screen.

Navigate to the Pilates Challenges page, choose your preferred challenge program.
Click the Let's Get Started! button.
Confirm your local time zone and select your official start date. You can also customize which days of the week you plan to practice. Once done, click Join Challenge.
After completing the setup prompts, your daily Pilates class links will be delivered directly to your email inbox on your designated workout days.
