You can fast-forward or rewind a video at any time, even before it has finished loading.
To do so, hover your mouse over the video bar at the bottom of the video player screen. Then, drag your mouse along the video bar to the time you would like to fast-forward or rewind to, and let go of the mouse.
The same capability exists on smartphones and tablets by using your finger as the mouse.
When streaming through the full site version of Pilates Anytime, when your mouse hovers over the video bar, a thumbnail will pop up to give you a snapshot of what is happening in the video at that point in time.
If you missed something the instructor said and you want a quick rewind option (on the website), you can click the 10-second rewind button in the lower left-hand corner of the video player screen.
Within the mobile app, there is a 15-second rewind and fast-forward button.
