Learn how to navigate video timelines, adjust playback speed, and enable closed captions on web and mobile devices. You can easily control your online Pilates workouts by fast-forwarding or rewinding videos.
Pilates Anytime Website
To navigate your video, simply hover your mouse over the scrub bar at the bottom of the video player screen. Click and drag the progress slider along the timeline to your desired timestamp, then release to jump directly to that section of your Pilates class.
When streaming, hovering your cursor over the progress bar displays visual thumbnail previews, giving you a quick snapshot of specific Pilates exercises, cues, and transitions before you jump ahead or rewind.
Need to replay an instructor instruction or posture cue? Click the convenient 10-second rewind button in the lower-left corner of the player interface to instantly re-watch key moments.

Adjust Video Playback Speed
You can play the video slower or faster than the recorded speed. To do so, click the settings icon at the bottom of the video. Then click the clock icon to select your desired playback speed. You can choose to play a video at half speed or up to twice the normal speed.
Pilates Anytime Mobile App (Apple & Android)
If you are on a mobile device, adjusting video playback on iOS and Android smartphones or tablets is seamless—just drag the timeline marker with your finger. This action also reveals visual thumbnail previews, providing a quick overview of the Pilates exercises, transitions, and cues included in the session.
You can also use the built-in 15-second fast-forward and skip-back buttons for quick, precise video navigation during your Pilates workout.
