Whether you are starting a new online Pilates Anytime subscription or renewing an existing account, redeeming your Pilates Anytime gift certificate is fast and easy. Follow the step-by-step instructions below based on your account status to apply your gift certificate.
How to Redeem as a New Member
- To start streaming online Pilates classes, sign up for a new Pilates Anytime membership HERE.
- Enter your full name, valid email address, and a secure password. Note that passwords are case-sensitive.

Before proceeding, click the link labeled I have a coupon code or gift certificate.
4. In the field that appears, input your unique Pilates gift certificate code or coupon code, then click Apply Coupon.
5. Follow the remaining prompts to complete the sign-up process.
How to Redeem as an Active Member
- Log in to your Pilates Anytime account. Click your profile name in the top right corner, select My Account, and navigate to Subscription & Payment.
- Select Redeem a Gift Certificate to apply credit toward your active Pilates subscription.
3. Enter your code into the Gift Certificate or Coupon Code field and select Redeem.
Your gift certificate will automatically activate at the end of the term you have paid for.
How to Redeem as an Inactive Member
- Log in to your existing Pilates Anytime account.
- Skip selecting a billing plan or entering payment details on the main page.
- Click Redeem a Gift Certificate
Workshop Gift Certificates
- Log in to your account
- Go to the Redeem a Gift Certificate page from My Account > Subscription & Payment
- Enter the code from your gift certificate.
- You will be given the option to redeem any workshop of the same or lesser value as your gift workshop.
App Store Subscriptions (Apple iOS & Google Play)
Please Note: Gift Certificates can't be redeemed if you purchased your subscription through the Apple/iOS App Store or Google Play Store. To redeem a certificate if you have an app subscription, please contact us via email (support@pilatesanytime.com), and we will assist.
