Managing your Pilates Anytime account credentials is simple and secure. Whether you forgot your password or want to update it for extra security, follow these easy steps across your website, iOS, and Android devices.

Important Account Login Rules

• Passwords for Pilates Anytime are case-sensitive. Ensure you enter uppercase and lowercase letters exactly as created.
• You use the same login credentials across all devices, including the Pilates Anytime website and mobile and TV apps. 

How to Reset a Forgotten Password

If you cannot remember your password, choose your preferred device below to recover access:

Pilates Anytime Website

1. Visit the Forgot Your Password? tool on the website.
2. Enter your account email to receive a password reset link.
3. Alternatively, try the passwordless Magic Link feature on the login form to receive a one-click login link via email.

Apple and Android Mobile Apps

1. Open the Pilates Anytime app on your iOS or Android device.
2. On the sign-in screen, tap the Forgot Password link and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address to reset your password.

How to Update or Change Your Existing Password

If you know your current password and wish to update it:

1. Log in to your account on the Pilates Anytime website.
2. Click on your name in the top right header.
3. Select My Account from the dropdown menu.
4. Click on the Basic Info tab.

Select Change Password and follow the prompts to update your password.
