The pause option is available to our monthly members who pay for their subscriptions with a debit or credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo, or Google Pay every month.
The pause option is not available for annual plans or gift certificate plans.
Members who have signed up through the website (not the app), made at least one subscription payment, and have not resumed their accounts after a pause within the last 30 days, are eligible to pause.

To pause your account, follow these steps:
1. Log In to your Pilates Anytime account on the website.
2. Go to My Account > Subscription & Payment and click on Pause Subscription.
3. Select the pause duration you would like. You may pause your subscription for up to three months at a time.
Pausing your subscription takes effect immediately, which means video streaming will be unavailable during the pause period. You will not incur any charges while paused. Any remaining paid days from your current cycle will be preserved and applied when you resume service, effectively adjusting your next billing date forward.
You can't pause your subscription more than once within 30 days.
